In 1985, Len Naumovich printed his first baseball cap in the basement of his family duplex. 

With his six-year-old son assisting from a stool next to the press, Len began a journey of entrepreneurship.  It wasn’t a career he planned.  It just sort of happened. 

Today, he wouldn’t trade places with anyone.  His little home-based business has evolved into Primo Designs, Inc., the largest volume screen printing company in Central Illinois. 

With 19 employees and a fully-automated 15,000 square foot facility in central Illinois, the Primo Designs team can produce thousands of quality workwear, sportswear, and accessory pieces every day.

Complacency is not Len’s style.  “The challenges of running a forward-thinking business keep us humble.  Just being good enough is not enough.” says Len.

“When your team wins the state finals, you deserve a design that is completely your own.  But as a printer who’s done hundreds of football designs over the past two decades, we really have to be creative and dedicated to making each one special.  That’s what we aim to do every time.”

Len credits much of Primo Designs success to having an outstanding team in place and valuing every customer relationship.
